About Me
I have supported c-suite through good times and bad.
I have built and led teams and practices, delivered global campaigns, and supported C-suite through good times and bad, from building profiles and breaking into new sectors, to handling harmful allegations, redundancies, Covid outbreaks and front-page stories
I am drawn to strategically challenging work and the red thread of my career has not been the sector or type of work, but a passion for bringing people together behind a challenge, a cause or an opportunity.
The first ever campaign I worked on was Dove’s inaugural Campaign for Real Beauty which sparked my passion for issues-led campaigns. Since then, I have led a wide range of consumer engagement, behaviour change, government, B2B and reputation management work with a career spanning sectors from public health, sport, education and tech to FMCG, retail, tourism and trade.
About Me
I have gone from crossing the country with an award-winning comedy tour to successfully lobbying policymakers about regulation, to hosting a secret gig with a chart-topping band for the launch of a mobile phone, to helping bring about the Prime Minister’s goal of creating a network of a million Dementia Friends, to helping cricket to capitalise on simultaneously holding both World Cup trophies.
Since setting up my own consultancy in 2021 I have supported organisations of all shapes and sizes at every stage of their journey and I would love to talk to you.
I have led a wide range of consumer engagement, behaviour change, government, B2B and corporate reputation work.
A passion for equality led me to set up a debate in 2017 on whether the gender pay gap will end in our lifetime. Subsequently I worked with the Equality & Human Rights Commission, the Mayor of London and the Women’s Business Council on briefs to support and empower women.
I was able to combine my love of sport with my commitment to equality, first as Head of Communications at the England and Wales Cricket Board, and then as Director of Comms at the all-female single seater motor racing series, W Series.
